Meet the team
Adam manages Three Pillar Search’s national search process from Dallas, TX. He has over 12 years of staffing management and recruiting experience. Prior to joining Three Pillar Search in 2005, Adam was a senior recruiter for Robert Half Management Resources where he recruited hundreds of financial professionals. He also worked in corporate accounting and finance with Blockbuster, Inc., where he was selected to join the Blockbuster Leadership And Skills Training (BLAST) rotational management development program out of college. Adam graduated cum laude from Texas Christian University with a BBA in finance.
Chris Maruschak has been a managing director with Three Pillar Search since 2005. Chris focuses on managing the end-to-end delivery of Three Pillar’s direct-hire product set and contract services to clients across the U.S. including personal account management of select accounts. Chris specializes first in providing the right modality of hiring based on a client’s needs and partnering to improve a client’s recruiting process while ensuring Three Pillar’s recruiting arm is providing the right talent.
Prior to Three Pillar, Chris worked in the Dallas-Fort Worth Area for a large staffing firm. During his tenure there, Chris and his team built their division into a top-ten market and received honors as the top team out of 300 offices. He also won the “Rookie of the Year” honors his first year there.
Prior to joining the search/consulting world, Chris had over ten years of experience with increasing responsibility in strategic finance and accounting. Most of Chris' key contributions have been in the new business development arena. Chris has helped companies in greenhouse strategy and business case development, from conception to internal board funding. He has led the financial development of 100+ corporate business cases, the most notable, being the high-speed internet product set for a Fortune 50 telecom company in the mid 1990s. He has held titles such as manager of finance, business planning and analysis manager, and manager of capacity planning.
Chris obtained a B.S. in finance from San Diego State University and an MBA in finance from the University of North Texas.
On the personal side, Chris has a passion for soccer – still plays, officiates and is an assignor. Chris has been married 20 years and has two almost-grown daughters.
